How it works
1. We start with the whole business - including you. You complete a Business Reality Audit, then we meet for a kickoff on your goals, numbers, team and what this year needs to deliver.
2. We build the plan together. We set the priorities, stage the milestones, and decide what comes off your plate.
3. We meet live twice a month. Two private strategy sessions keep the plan moving.
4. You have priority access in between. Send me questions and opportunities by voice or message and materials to review and get priority responses 5 days a week.
5. We step back and take a big picture look every quarter. What's working, your KPIs and what deserves attention next.
Who the Private Advisory
& Consulting is for
Private Advisory is for established founders and CEOs, typically past seven figures, heading into a year with big decisions and goals on the table. You want an experienced advisor deeply involved in the plan, the team and the key milestones, with regular time on the calendar to work through it together.
If you already have your plan and want a lighter-touch advisor on the decisions along the way, First Things First is the better fit.

This is a three-month minimum project. Implementation and done-for-you project work are scoped separately.
