Most advisors looks at one piece, the marketing or the funnel or the hire. I look at the whole picture at once, the business, the revenue, the operations, the team and you – your life, your story, your platform, your brand and your goals – because these should never be separated.

How I think about your business
A few principles run through everything I do.
Everything ladders to one goal. We get clear on the single most important thing for your business right now, and every move we make has to serve it. If something doesn't, it waits, no matter how good an idea it is on its own.
We work backwards. We start from the goal or the metric you need and reverse-engineer what gets you there. It's a simple shift that surfaces the real levers, the ones you'd likely never catch working forwards from where you are today.
Three, not ten. You can't make ten changes at once and neither can your team. So we pick the few that move the business forward most, sequence the rest and protect your focus while they take hold.
Every idea runs through the same screen. Are you great at it, do you love it, is there demand, does it make money. When all four line up, we go. When they don't, it's usually a no, even when it's exciting, and knowing that early saves you months of time and major money.
Your job becomes air traffic control. You stop being the one who solves every problem and become the one who designs the system that does. That's the shift that frees you to lead instead of fight every fire.
