Kayla Ellsworth
For 17 years I've worked with founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, creators, and creatives carving out their stake in their industries.
I've shaped strategy for Fortune 500 C-suites, advised executives on building visibility, helped take brands from unknown to known, built and led teams that moved real revenue, grew reach in a major way, and established real category authority.
I learned what compounds: strategy, structure, audacity, the discipline to play the long game, and having the right people in your corner. Tactics without strategy is a waste of time. There are no shortage of creative ideas, but very few that actually move you toward what you want.
That's the basis of the advisory work I do for ambitious women ready to lead in their industries.
