Meet Kayla
Life Architect for successful women ready for a life that actually feels as good as it looks.
I help successful, highly-visible women rebuild their life behind the visibility — so it feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside .
I’m Kayla Ellsworth — a growth expert turned Life Architect for successful, highly-visible women whose lives look extraordinary on the outside but can feel unsustainable behind the scenes.
For more than 16 years, I worked in high-pressure strategic roles advising founders, executives, and personal brands on how to grow, scale, and show up publicly. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what visibility really demands — the emotional load, the creative expectations, the constant need to “be on,” and the reality of being the face of your work.
I don’t just understand your external world — I understand the internal cost of sustaining it.
Today, I bring that same strategic clarity to life itself.
I work privately with high-achieving women who are stretched thin by constant demands. My work blends my background in brand, business growth, and visibility strategy with a structural approach to life design shaped by lived experience and years consulting successful brand leaders.
I help women re-design their time, energy, priorities, decisions and how they go through their days so their life works for them, not against them.
There’s nothing theoretical about it — it’s practical, grounded, and designed to be sustainable.
What I Learned Along the Way
My work is rooted in lived experience, not theory.
Before focusing on Life Architecture, I spent years inside a life that looked good on paper but felt impossible to sustain. I rushed through days going from one thing to the next without eating well, worked through illness, delayed any form of care, and missed things that mattered. I kept telling myself the pace was temporary. It never was.
There wasn’t one dramatic breaking point — it was the accumulation of smaller ones.
Moments where I realized I was living on adrenaline and caffeine instead of with intention and space for myself.
Moments when my husband said what I already knew: This isn’t sustainable.
Moments where my body, my clarity, and my joy all signaled the same message.
Rebuilding my own life took boundaries, discernment, and a complete restructuring of how I moved through my days. And once I did, everything improved — my work, my health, my relationships, my energy, and my capacity.
Now, I provide the support I wish I had years ago: someone who can see what you can’t when you’re too tired, too busy, or too deep inside your own life to recognize what needs to change — and someone who can help you make it happen.
The Shift I help You Make
The women I’m here for are admired publicly but exhausted privately. They’re relied upon by everyone. They hold their brand, their business, their partnerships, their relationships — and themselves — together.
They don’t need fluffy motivation or basic mindset shifts.
They need clarity around their life, a structure for how they live, and a different way of operating that comes from deep within.
Clients describe me in five words: sharp, kind, focused, strategic, reliable.
My work helps successful and visible women rebuild their life from the inside out by restructuring:
How they use their time
How they protect their energy
How they make decisions
How they set priorities
How they move through their days
And so much more
The shift is profound. They go from:
From pushing to being grounded
From rushing to being present
From surviving to actually living
This isn’t about doing less. It’s about doing what actually works.
My method (without the madness)
My advisory is not coaching, productivity, or optimization.
It is a deeply personal, tailored, strategic partnership where your life, work, energy, and identity are treated as one unified system and rebuilt with intention. Nothing is templated. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is surface-level.
My work gives women back what they’ve lost along the way: time, presence, capacity, agency, and a way of living they can actually sustain at the level they’re operating.
It’s the kind of support high-achieving women wish existed sooner: someone who understands the demands of visibility and success — and helps you build a life with the structure to support both.
The Vision Behind My Work
My long-term vision is simple: to reshape the standard for how successful women live — so their life supports them, not drains them.
An incredible life isn’t just something you create on the outside. It’s something you should get to experience on the inside, too.
What life looks like on the other side of my laptop
When I’m not working, you’ll find me hanging out with my husband and our min pin, Percy, manifesting through manicures, planning weekend getaways, or hunting down the best local shops. I love a good antique, great coffee, and finding humor in everyday life.
Like everyone, I have my obsessions — mine happen to include my dog (who has his own psychic), listening to Lady Gaga, Harry Styles and classical piano, watching Seinfeld, and building my dreams with the help of my psychic, guides and mentors.
When I’m not doing that, I’m probably on my personal Instagram lamenting about my favorite things.
Beyond the Bio
I’m a recovering perfectionist and work on being more flexible every day. That said, there are three things I don’t budge on:
If I order champagne and a restaurant only has prosecco, I’ll get a club soda.
I exclusively* get my candles, hand wash + diffusers from Hotel Lobby Candle (I’ve placed 45+ orders).
Caviar is my favorite snack. No special occasion needed. My go-to is Petrossian.
